Hello and welcome to my page! I am a second year English teacher at Parkway North High School. I am also the head coach of the boys’ Varsity soccer team, and I coordinate the Focus St. Louis program.
I graduated from St. Louis University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Upon graduation I was hired by Anheuser-Busch and made the move to Canton, OH. Turns out Ohio and me don’t mix, and before too long I took a job as the assistant soccer coach at Butler University, in Indianapolis, IN. I enjoyed the idea of working with and helping the youth, and this set the gearshift for a return to school in pursuit of a teaching certification. Two more years of school did not seem all that appealing to me, but I realized, in the grand scheme of things, two years was very minimal for something I wanted to spend my life doing!
I moved back to St. Louis and enrolled at Missouri Baptist University, where I also became their assistant soccer coach. I earned my certification in Secondary English two years after, and just this past summer completed a Master of Arts in Teaching.
In my spare time I like to read, (obviously) listen to all kinds of music, cook, go to concerts and travel. I married my best friend on August 1, 2009 and we just adopted a three-month old black lab. I am slightly obsessed with a band called Phish and the Manchester United Futbol Club.
Thank you for visiting my site and have a great day!
It is great to get a little background history on the teachers. I am from Indainapolis, IN. I have a lot of found memories at Butler University. My high school “Broad Ripple High” played lots of regional and championship basketball games at Butler.
I actually went to Butler for two years before transferring to SLU. Hinkle Fieldhouse is truly a great place!

It can be short, 8 lines minimum, focus on the rhythm
Justin and Kyle, my question would be, why would you pick five insignificant things to tell the class, when the main goal of the project is to explain the most important things we’ve learned this semester? I think you need to think this through.
